Ruihan Zhang began learning the piano at the age of 5. She is a graduate of the Middle School Affiliated to Shanghai Conservatory of Music, where she studied with Christopher Zhong from 2008-2016. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Musical Arts degree at Rutgers University.
